Evening tour: Grand Park – Tirana’s artificial lake – dinner – overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast, at 10am we head to Dajti Mountain, around 30 minutes from Tirana at an elevation of 1,613m, for the longest cable-car ride in the Balkans (15 minutes) up to Dajti park and mountain, with striking mountain views, lakes, and several restaurants serving Albanian specialities — a great destination for families. Then back to the hotel to rest.

Evening tour: the other side of Skanderbeg Square with its restaurants and cafés, then on to TEG Mall – dinner – return to the hotel – overnight.

Day 3

After breakfast, at 10am we head to northern Albania, specifically the city of Shkodër, on the border between Albania and Montenegro. Check in at the hotel, some time to rest, then we visit: Rozafa Castle – Shkodër Museum – Lake Shkodër – then back to the hotel.

Day 4

After breakfast, at 10am we head to the village of Theth, a two-hour trip through dramatic scenery of towering mountains and valleys. In Theth we visit: Theth National Park – the Kulla lock-in tower of Theth – Theth village. Afterwards we return to the hotel in Shkodër for the night.

Day 5

After breakfast, we head straight to the Albania-Kosovo border area, a trip of around three hours to reach the city of Prizren for our first sightseeing there. After checking in at the hotel and dropping off our things, we take some time to rest, then have a free tour of the city. Afterwards we head to a restaurant for a Kosovar-style lunch, then back to the hotel to rest for the night.

Day 6

After breakfast, at 10am we begin our second tour of Kosovo’s cultural capital. The city of Prizren sits at the foot of the Sharr Mountains, near the borders of Albania and North Macedonia — an old city full of historic sites, known for its architecture spanning Roman, Ottoman and Byzantine eras.

Among its most famous historic sites are the Church of Our Lady of Ljeviš, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Prizren Fortress, dating to the 11th century — from its summit we take in sweeping panoramic views of the mosques, churches and bridges, including the old stone bridge, and the town’s red rooftops.

In Prizren we’ll visit: Shadërvan Square – the Sharra area – the stone bridge over the Bistrica River.

After finishing our tour of Prizren, we head to a Kosovar restaurant for lunch, then back to the hotel in Prizren for the night.

Day 7

After breakfast, at 10am we head to the town of Gjakova for one of the most enjoyable tours you can take in Kosovo. In Gjakova there are many wonderful sights geared toward recreation, including parks, beaches, lakes and more — most notably the two artificial lakes, Radoniqi and Komani, a fixture of any Kosovo tourist itinerary.

The two lakes offer visitors a range of activities, including simply sitting by the water enjoying the striking scenery, especially as the sun sets over them, as well as boat trips and various water sports including swimming, diving, water skiing and surfing.

Afterwards we head to a restaurant for lunch, then to the hotel in Prizren to rest for the night.

Day 8

After breakfast, we head straight back to the Albania-Kosovo border area, crossing back into Albania toward the capital Tirana, a trip of around three hours. Afterwards we head to the hotel to rest.

Evening: a shopping trip to TEG Mall, Albania’s largest mall, then dinner – return to the hotel – overnight.

Day 9

After breakfast, at 10am, transfer to Tirana International Airport.
