Sigal Uniqa–Muriqan Border Point (Shkodër, coastal), Albania–Montenegro

Sigal Uniqa–Pika Kufitare Muriqan is a border checkpoint between Albania and Montenegro, in the village of Muriqan, an important gateway for people and goods moving between the two countries.

The crossing sits on the road linking the Albanian town of Shkodër with the Montenegrin town of Ulcinj, and sees significant daily traffic including commercial trucks, private cars, and buses, serving trade, tourism, and personal travel.

It plays a role in strengthening trade ties between Albania and Montenegro, serving as a channel for imports and exports as well as tourist traffic. Like any international border crossing, it operates under standard immigration and customs regulations, with security measures in place on both sides.
