Te Syla is an established institution in Prizren, which began as a small grill called “Al-Hamra,” founded by Sylejman Dabaku in 1967, then became known as “Te Syla” (short for Sylejman) and grew into today’s restaurant, near the Sinan Pasha Mosque.
