Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry type, message and consent to reply. Please do not send passport copies, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We save the enquiry in the site’s private database and email it to the site team to respond and follow up. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver these services. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Retention
Successfully emailed enquiries are removed from the application database after 180 days. Enquiries awaiting delivery are retained until processed. Email correspondence may be retained as needed for follow-up. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Technical information and external services
The server records technical access information for reliability and abuse prevention. A hashed network identifier limits repeated form submissions. The map loads from OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive connection information. External websites have their own privacy policies. This website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and interactions. The service may use cookies and browser identifiers and sends technical usage data to Google. We do not intentionally send enquiry messages or traveller details to analytics. The analytics code does not load when the browser’s Do Not Track setting is enabled or on preview websites.
