Qendra Tregtare Univers, Tirana

Qendra Tregtare Univers is considered the first shopping mall of its kind in Albania’s history, opening at a pivotal turning point for the country’s retail sector and changing the way Albanians shopped. It was built by the BALFIN group in 2005.

In 2018, the mall was renovated and expanded around a new concept, redesigned in a modern style with new brands and services added, including a “Cineplex” cinema and a children’s play area. It also offers new dining concepts inside and outside the mall, with a wonderful terrace view.

Univers is a beloved, well-known destination, offering varied shopping options under one roof, opportunities for delicious meals, and an enjoyable time with family. Its total leasable area is 29,000 square metres, and it welcomes around 7.1 million visitors a year.
